he didn't actually give me a definition at all, just some pointers; I had to construct one myself. Essentially, every crease is a very rigid spring, particular nodes have small starting velocities to get them going, and particular edges can be made to come together with relatively weak attractions.

Can you post the definition of how far you got, and I'll see if I can tell why it's not working
