Good to hear from you. Do you think you could send me an example of what you're trying to do?
At present Biomorpher will only accept mesh geometry (not even with vertex colours), so perhaps that might be the problem? Would be nice to see an example with Pachyderm so let me know how I can help and we'll try to sort it out.
