  • Hello Sir,

I want help from Grasshopper user .. I have file AutoCAD for masterplan I want to add it to Grasshopper.

I don't have file GIS, All I had is file dwg and analysis I did by Photoshop as (Existed Landuse, Heights, Street Width, .. etc).I want to make the relationship between building height (with its ducts openings) and width of streets.

What I know that import Autocad in Rihno but the progress to do in grasshopper, I have not enough information about it (I am not professional Grasshopper user ).

And what to import in Rhino is the outline of masterplan not with the existed building .. This is what I know must be done.

All I want to do is a Conceptual urban planning .. I watched a tutorial for it but I don't succeed in do it.

    The link ...  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9Lfds0n7L4

    Thank you,

  • Hi

May I take your grasshopper script about the movie, "Packing Algorithms in Rhino + Grasshopper"?

I'm making photo mosiac images. This is my works with C++/python.

I make all of my mosaics with boxes. Even though several methods, all boxes.

Eventually I saught circle packing images. And googling.

So I found your video on youtube.

I repeated seeing that video more than 10times. But can not know how to do that.

If I can make image-based circle-packing, I can make photo mosaic with circles. It shold be Gorgeous!!!

    Thanks for reading my message.

please my urgly english make does not you sad.

  • Hi
I am interested in your project The lightbox pavilion. Because i am working on a school project with some of the same principles in physical model. I have seen your youtube movie and been trying to build it in grasshoppers but i am a grass rookie and haven't been able to. How did you make it?

    Kind regards
